Word Problem B

Q.1S) A rectangular pool measuring 6m x 3m x 7m  is half filled with water. A boy pours 5000 litres of water over and above the already filled water in the tank. Calculate the new height of the water after the pouring in the pool. (3 Marks)


Q.2A) A sum of money is shared among three children; A gets $50, B gets $60 and C gets $75 each. If D gets equal to what A gets calculate the initial sum of money to be distributed. (2 Marks)
